PAN Card (Individual / Partners / Directors)
Aadhaar Card (Individual / Partners / Directors)
Passport-size colour photos
Shop Act License or Business Registration (for proprietorship firms)
MOA/AOA, LLP Agreement, Certificate of Incorporation (for companies/LLPs)
Proof of Business Address
If rented: Rent Agreement & Utility Bill / Index II
If owned: Utility Bill / Index II / Ownership Documents
Income Tax Returns of last 3 years (or declaration if not filed)
Self-Declaration – No pending civil or criminal cases
Invoice Copy Format (signed and stamped)
Letterhead and Rubber Stamp sample
